What does ASSET.CH cost for private individuals?
Nothing. Searching, contacting firms and sending requests are free of charge, with no subscription and no payment details.
Why do I have to verify myself?
So that firms only receive genuine requests. You confirm your e-mail address and identify yourself with your official ID and a selfie, which our team checks; where an SMS service is set up, you also confirm your mobile number by SMS code. The ID images are stored encrypted and deleted after the check. You can search and compare without an account.
Do firms see my contact details?
Not for a request to several firms: the firms receive your needs without name and contact details. Only when you reply to a firm or write to it yourself does it see who you are.
Does ASSET.CH recommend particular firms?
No. ASSET.CH is a directory, provides no financial services and recommends no firm. You conclude contracts directly with the firm.
What does «Regulation verified» mean?
The badge confirms that the firm’s information on supervision matched the public register, such as that of FINMA, at the time of the check. It is neither a recommendation nor an assessment of quality.
