What does the profile cost?
Nothing. The profile, all features and requests from private individuals are free of charge for verified firms, with no payment details and no subscription.
Is there a commission or a fee per request?
No. ASSET.CH charges no commission and no fee per request or mandate.
Who can be listed?
Firms based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein in asset management, wealth management, private banking, family office, trading, private equity, investor networks, real estate investments, crypto and digital assets, precious metals and commodities, trusts and foundations, fiduciary and tax, law firms, insurance for wealthy private clients or M&A and succession advice. Requirements are an entry in the commercial register with a UID, your own website, a business e-mail address, the authority to represent the firm and the applicant’s official ID. Crypto providers also need a FINMA licence or SRO membership, and precious metal dealers a registration or licence from the Central Office for Precious Metals Control (or FINMA/SRO).
How does the verification work?
You confirm your firm’s UID and how you represent it – as an authorised signatory in the commercial register or with a power of attorney – and upload a photo of your ID and a selfie. We check the commercial register, authority to represent, ID and e-mail domain, usually within two working days. Only then does the profile become visible and carry the «Verified firm» badge.
How do requests work?
A verified private individual describes their needs, for example asset management in the canton of Zurich from CHF 1 million. Only firms whose region and minimum investment match receive the request, without name and contact details. For each request you send a factual offer. If the person replies, you see who is asking and continue directly in the messaging system.
Will ASSET.CH stay free?
For private individuals, yes. For firms, everything is free today. If we introduce paid services later, we will announce this at least 30 days in advance by e-mail and on the website. Nothing becomes chargeable without your express order, and your profile remains visible even without an order.
How much effort is the profile?
You need your UID, the link to the commercial register entry, your ID and – if you are not an authorised signatory yourself – a short power of attorney. Your details are turned into a suggested text, and missing languages are translated automatically. You can also enter the profile in several stages.
Is ASSET.CH a financial intermediary?
No. ASSET.CH is a directory and provides no financial services, gives no advice, recommends no firms and brokers no mandates. Contracts are concluded exclusively between you and your clients. Your own regulatory obligations apply to your profile and your offers.
