What should I look out for?
Check the supervision (real estate funds and their fund management companies are supervised by FINMA, investment foundations by the Occupational Pension Supervisory Commission OPSC), the costs, the liquidity – direct investments cannot be sold at any time – and how the portfolio is spread by location and use.
Are estate agents listed too?
